You will learn how to empower yourself as a parent and help your children develop social-emotional life skills that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.

The family unit is where we learn and develop the core of our social-emotional life skills, and parents are the primary educators of their children when it comes to these life skills. Family can be a place where each member nourishes themselves and others, but we need to train and learn how to achieve this. Having a strong, healthy family leads to strong individuals, communities, and societies. Families are a place where people can be broken or built. We believe that with the right tools and understandings, it is a place where people can flourish and develop.

In this course you will learn how to:

  • Build a foundation for stronger relationships with your children

  • Identify the root cause of unhealthy behaviour

  • Balance healthy boundaries that give direction, with the freedom to express and be independent

  • Reduce friction and fights between family members

  • Learn about the Family Unit Energy

  • Guide your children to be contributing members of the family

  • Increasing your children’s self-esteem

  • Manage peer pressure and prevent bullying

  • Learn the true power of creativity and why it is so important

  • Raise children to be leaders of their own life

  • Increase teamwork and cooperation in the family

  • Improve communication within the family

This course focuses on how to build and enhance positive and cooperative family relationships; nurture a happy and stable family life; and guide children and youth to make balanced and healthy life choices. Filled with practical tools and exercises, this course will help you learn how to guide your children to be confident, responsible, and creative, as well as how to balance healthy boundaries with independence, and create a unique family vision. We also explore the significance of your role as a parent and some of the important responsibilities that come with this role that are important to maintain.
