Dancing helps increase our neural connectivity in the brain, which means we can feel more alert, focussed and have a better ability to concentrate. Dance is also great for improving our mood and feeling great from the inside out.

In my work as a therapist and in my studies I have observed the challenges that our North American society faces regarding social and emotional well-being. I hope to bring more educational tools to people, especially families and children, so they can feel better about themselves, interpersonal relationships, and create stronger communities. As a mother of two daughters this is a project close to my heart.
